Lyra, or the aerial hoop, is an aerial apparatus which resembles a steel hula hoop. It can be performed on static, swinging, or spinning. Lyra can be a great introduction into aerial arts for beginners. We offer lyra classes for all levels, for both youths and adults.
Aerial silks consist of two long pieces of fabric which aerialists can climb, wrap around in, and perform drops. Aerialists on silks use a great amount of flexibility and grace, using the body and silks in harmony. We offer silks classes for all levels, for both youths and adults.
Aerial straps consist of two long bands which are used to perform twisting, turning, and holding motions. Aerial straps artists use an extreme amount of upper body and core strength to create impressive and precise movements and positions. We offer adult straps classes for all levels.
Our conditioning classes are designed to help aerialists and acrobats improve their functional strength, however any kind of student can join us in these classes. Expect lots of body weight exercises such as pull ups and core exercises.
Contortion is an art form which combines flexibility with control and balance. It can include skills such as back bending, leg flexibility/splits, chest stands, elbow stands, and hand balance/handstands. We offer contortion classes, for both youths and adults.

Hand balance involves an acrobat who stands on their hands, either on the ground or high up off the ground. We offer hand balance classes for adults of all levels.
Rhythmic Gymnastics is a form of floor tumbling that involves the use of objects such as clubs, hoops or ribbon. Rhythmic often has a higher focus on flexibility and positions through flexibility.
Our stretch and flexibility classes include static and active exercises to increase range of motion. This class is great for anyone, in or out of the circus world, who wants to improve their flexibility.
There are many ways to use a trapeze, which consists of a metal bar suspended by two ropes, where the aerialist moves below and above the bar to create beautiful movement and positions with the bar and rope. We offer trapeze classes for all levels and ages.
We offer tumbling courses structured off of traditional artistic gymnastics floor tumbling. We will work on everything from forward rolls and cartwheels to handsprings and flips.
